What is the shipping time for a new scooter?
We offer free domestic shipping. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and delivered via ground freight within 3-7 business days.
Is the electric scooter waterproof?
Most of our scooters have an IP54 water-resistance rating, which means they can handle light rain and splashes, but they should not be submerged or used in heavy downpours.
Do I need to assemble the scooter upon delivery?
Our scooters arrive 95% pre-assembled. You will only need to attach the handlebars and tighten a few screws using the included toolkit.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return the scooter in its original packaging for a full refund, minus a small restocking fee.
Does my purchase include a warranty?
Yes, every electric scooter comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering the motor, battery, and frame against manufacturing defects.
